Construction of the building that collapsed and left 5 people dead in Kirigiti , kiambu county on Monday had been suspended by the national construction authority when it was at the first floor level according to Solomon kitungu, PS, State Department for Public Works. The government is commiting to look into the matter to identify those who slept on the job leading to Monday’s events and have action taken against them.
