Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka accuses gov’t of undermining devolution

Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has accused the national government of sabotaging devolution by failing to disburse funds to the devolved units on time.
His statement comes amid the cry by the counties over inability to pay salaries and implement development projects. The wiper leader spoke in Machakos County and was accompanied by Governor Wavinya Ndeti and Senator Agnes Kavindu.
